Friday on B-Squared, the guys broadcast their last "Cubs only" show as they continue to discuss the Cubs managerial decision.  Does the lure of possibly ending the World Series draught outweigh all the stress and probable losing that comes along with the gig?  Ryne Sandberg was unanimously named PCL Manager of the Year.  Does that help his chances in his hunt for the Cubs gig?  Also, Mark Prior is pitching well in the Golden Baseball League during another attempted comeback.  Should the Cubs consider signing him to a Minor League deal?  David Kaplan of CSN Chicago and WGN Radio joins the show for his weekly segment to talk Cubs, Sandberg, Manny and the Bears as well as a few poker stories from his trip to Vegas.  Could Kap be the next Phil Helmuth or Doyle Brunson?  Find out here.

This week on Hang Ten, Fish and producer Adam Pumm talked opening games, division realignment, and gave their best shot at predicting the Big Ten season.  The guys were joined by Champaign News-Gazette Illinois beat reporter Bob Asmussen to talk about Ron Zook and his Illini.  Mike Carmin of the West Lafayette Journal and Courier was also on to discuss Purdue and its new QB Robert Marve.  Pumm gave his Heisman hopefuls and Fish outlined the draft prospects of the Big Ten's best.  Tune in Monday for a recap of this weekend in the Big Ten.

On Thursday's edition of B-Squared, the guys address Tom Ricketts comments as it relates to the Cubs managerial search.  Will the Cubs owner have a lot of input on the decision?  Or will Jim Hendry solely make the call?  Jordan is tweaked by Ricketts' latest comments, and Bedo tells the Cubs owner to "Screw Cub fans" when it comes to this decision.  We continue to break down Ryne Sandberg's candidacy and wonder if his chances would be better if the final decision comes down to the Ricketts family.  And as part of Minor League Thursday, Peoria Chief's voice Nathan Baliva joins us to talk Carlos Silva, Ryno and more.

Wednesday on B-Squared, the guys discuss the candidacy of Fredi Gonzalez for Cubs manager.  Is he one of the top candidates to lead the team in 2011 and beyond?  The Cubs were blown out by the Pirates Tuesday night.  We bring on Andrew Fillipponi from 93.7 The Fan to talk Cubs-Bucs.  Also, it's September 1, so the Cubs can extend their Major League roster.  Who will we likely see called up this month? and which prospects are still awhile away?  And does Jordan have "Bieber Fever?"  All of these topics discussed and more.

Tuesday on the show, the Cubs finally blasted the Pirates and Carlos Zambrano was great again.  We talk about Z's start and whether or not this is the worst of the worst Pirates team we've seen in 20 years.  Monday night was also "Andre Dawson Day" in Chicago and Wrigley Field.  What did he have to say about Ryne Sandberg as Cubs potential skipper?  And for National Tuesday, Mike Ferrin from MLB Network Radio joins the show to talk Manny Ramirez, Aroldis Chapman, and the disaster that has become the St. Louis Cardinals.
